Quick Circuit to tone entire body: Easy to do anywhere. No gym or experience necessary!
Alternate between exercises. Repeat 3 times before moving onto the next one:
Sprints (45 seconds) --- Jump Squats (45 seconds)
High Knees (30 seconds) --- push-ups (30 seconds)
Karoke runs (30 seconds) --- crawls (30 seconds)
Plank jacks (30 seconds) --- shoulder taps (20 seconds)
Plank crawl-outs (30 seconds) --- Jack-knives (30 seconds)
