Core Candy Fitness is the first studio that I started working at in Australia! The owner, Candice Ota, lived in New York for the last seven years as a lawyer, wife, and mother of 2. Once returning to Australia, she brought back her boutique fitness feel from New York City to Melbourne and created Core Candy Fitness. This studio is beautiful and in the heart of South Yarra. The studio has different style of Barre, High Intensity Interval Training, Yoga, and Pilates workouts. They are the only studio in the city offering a spring board style pilates workout. Check out this video to get a little taste of what we have to offer. This is the only location in the city where I am currently teaching BUTI YOGA as well.
