We'll practice yoga in the open air studios and meditate on the rooftop as the sunsets.  In Tulum you can enjoy the best of both worlds; fill up on a smoothie bowl and coconut milk coffee in the morning and indulge in authentic Mexican food and margaritas in the evening. The menus at Amansala are designed to nourish and cleanse.  The menus are created with love and local chemical free produce.  Here is a sample menu:

BREAKFAST-

FRESH FRUIT PLATTER of mango, papaya, and pineapple. 

GREEN GODDESS SMOOTHIE- grapefruit, chamomile, parsley, napal and chaya.

MEXICAN EGGS- scrambled or poached topped with salsa and avocado.

LUNCH- 

GREEN GAZPACHO- blend of green tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and chili and lime.

AMANSALA SALAD- mixed greens, gabbage, carrots, tossed in a house dressing of mayan honey, balsamic, olive oil topped with grilled fish.

DINNER- 

BAKED STONE GROUND TORTILLAS

Topped with a puree of black beans, shredded lettuce, selection of house salsas and avocado.

There are three separate yoga shalas that we will have access to. These beautiful beach front yoga studios are facing the sunrise, over looking the beach, directly placed between the ocean and the jungle.  Here you will enjoy the soothing sounds of gentle waves, swaying palm trees and fresh, cleansing salt air.  

A typical day in paradise

7 am: coffee, mushroom tea, and fruit

8 am: Vinyasa yoga

9:30 am: breakfast at Amansala

10:30-4:30 pm: free time/ adventure

5 pm: optional yoga class

7:30 pm: dinner at Amansala and enjoy Tulum nightlife

Tulum is the place to do it! I went there on a retreat this year and I loved it so much that I knew it was the perfect place to host my first retreat! I want you to experience what I got to!
